n, n + 2 - two consecutive even numbers

126 - the sum

The equation:

n + (n + 2) = 126

n + n + 2 = 126 |-2

2n = 124 |:2

n = 62

n + 2 = 62 + 2 = 64

Answer: 62, 64.
