So basically we just need to multiply the total price × one-tenth and from there subtract the answer of that from the original total price.

(1)/(10) = 0.10 = 10 \: percent

12336.50 * .1 = 1233.65
$1,233.65 is the cost of the tax, title, and dealer preparation charges, so now we subtract that from the total price

12336.50 - (1233.65) \\ = 11102.85
Answer:

The price of the motorcycle before the extra charges is $11,102.85
