The Church of England or the Anglican Church was not inspired by Calvinism (option B), since it split off the Catholic Church when Henry VIII was denied the right to get divorced of his wife, Catherine of Aragon, because she couldn't give him a son.
Henry VIII who was an English Tudor King was the main instigator of the Protestant Reformation in England during the 16th century. This Protestant Reformation was due to political differences between the Pope of the Roman Catholic Church and the King of England. The 1532 and 1534 Acts of Supremacy declared Henry VIII the Supreme Head of the Church of England. By doing so, Henry didn't recognize the Pope's authority and he could divorce his wife Catherine of Aragon.
Although the Church of England split off the Catholic Church, it continued with some Catholic doctrines. The major differences are that it accepts the right to get divorced and recognizes the monarchy as head of the church.
