I believe the answer is B.

The square root of -144 is -12,

The square root of 49 is 7

And 6.6 is not a repeating decimal

B. An irrational number is a number that can't be written as a/b, where b =not 0. In a, the square root of 5 is not a perfect square. In c, the square root of 10 isn't a perfect square, and in d, where the square root of 11 is also not a perfect square.
