x + 3y = 3

x = -3y + 3

3y - 2x = 12

Substituting,

3y - 2(-3y + 3) = 12

3y + 6y - 6 = 12

9y = 18

y = 2

x = -3y + 3 = -3(2) + 3 = -3

Check: -3 + 3(2) = 3 good, 3(2) - 2(-3) = 12 good

Answer: (-3, 2)
