The correct answer is Small Claims Court.

Small claims court is a special court where disputes are resolved quickly and without much expense. The court rules are simplified and the hearing is informal, attorneys are usually not present.

Claims are usually limited to disputes between 5,000 $-10,000 $. Most cases are heard within 30 to 40 days. Some examples of small claims court disputes are : unpaid rent, refusal to return a safety deposit, refusal to repay borrowed money, refusal to repair a damaged product.

Small claims courts usually force the defendant to do something. The sheriff's department enforces these orders. Sometimes a further court order is needed to enforce a certain small claims court's order.
