srry if i put it wrong btw i can barley see the page.

(3)/(4)
+

(7)/(8)
so first of all you find you least common denominator which is 8. from 7/8 then you multiply how much times it took you to get 8 so in 7/8 case it took you 1 cause the 8 is already there. in 3/4 case you will use 2 to get 8 cause you know 2 times 4 equals 8 and then you do the same with the numerator multiply 3 times 2 and you new problem will be 6/8 + 7/8 = (then you just sovle it by going down) 7+6 is 13 so your total will be 13/8 and that cannot be simplified.
Ima do one more
I spaced to you know show the whole.
-3 5/6 - (-4 1/12)
so first of all what makes this easier is to just go ahead and turn that -4 1/12 to a positive you know like the interger stuff that - will cancle out that one in the parenthesis so your new equation will become
-3 5/6 + 4 1/12
then after that you find you common denominator again which in this case is 12 so the 4 1/12 will stay the same to get 12 from 6 you multiply that by 2 do the same with the numerator and your new prblem will be -3 10/12 + 4 1/12
then you subtract -3 +4 is positive 1 because more positives than negatives 10 -1 = 9 so your anwser will be positive 1 9/12 and that actually can be simplified by 3 so divide 3 by 9 and 12. 3 goes into 9 3 times and 3 goes into 12 4 times so your final solution will be positive 1 3/4
