He will have $25 left. This is because, $40+$30+$10=$80 and $80-$55=$25

So we will add all the money he has:

40 + 30 + 10 = $80.00

Now we will subtract 54.99 from that to find out how much money he will have left after buying the cleats.

80 - 54.99 = 25.01

He will have $25.01 left after buying the cleats. Hope that helps!
