It'd be C. To find mean, you first add all the terms, than divide by how many terms there were. 12+8+7+10+8+8+10=63, and there are 7 terms, so 63÷7=9.

mean = 9 → C

mean =
(sum of data)/(count)

=
(12 + 8 + 7 + 10 +8 + 8 + 10)/(7) = 9
