Use tangent.

tangent=(opposite)/(adjacent)

\tan(m\angle F)=(DE)/(EF)

We have:

m\angle F=32^o,\ DE=15

Substitute:

\tan32^o=(15)/(EF)\\\\\tan32^o\approx0.6249\\\\(15)/(EF)=0.6249\\\\(15)/(EF)=(6249)/(10000)\ \ \ \ |\text{cross multiply}\\\\6249EF=150000\ \ \ \ |\text{divide both sides by 6249}\\\\EF\approx24

Answer: 24.0

Tan F = DE/EF

EF = DE / Tan 32

EF = 15 / 0.6249

EF = 24.0

Answer

24.0
