f(x)=ax^2+bx+c\\\\a\ vertex\ (h,\ k)\\\\h=(-b)/(2a),\ k=f(h)\\\\We\ have:\\\\h(x)=-x^2+8x+15\\\\a=-1,\ b=8,\ c=15\\\\h=(-8)/(2(-1))=(-8)/(-2)=4\\\\k=h(4)=-4^2+8(4)+15=-16+32+15=31\\\\Answer:\ (4,\ 31)
