The answer is
(y+2) (y^2+16)
This is because first factor out common terms i. the first two terms, then in the last two terms. Factor out the common term y+2

y^3+2y^2+16y+32=\\\\y^2(y+2)+16(y+2)=\\\\(y+2)(y^2+16)=\\\\(y+2)(y-4i)(y+4i)
