Length of rectangle is twice its width.

Let the width = b

length = 2b

Perimeter = 66

=> 2(length + width) = 66

=> 2(2b + b) = 66

=> 2 × 3b = 66

=>6b = 66

=> b = 66/6 = 11 yard

So width = 11 yards

length = 2b = 2×11 = 22 yards.
