to begin, in order to find the simplified version of this you must distribute, (Multiply) the number on the top together, and the numbers on the bottom together. First things first, Take the -2 and multiply it by the -6, that gives you 12. Next do the same with the 4- (-2) but don't be tricked as, in the part you don't multiply the 4 by the -2 you multiply a -1 as there is a negative sign(with no coefficient, you make a coefficient of -1) before the parenthesis. So multiply -1 by -2 and get 2 then add 4 and 2 together to get 6. now you have 12/6 which can be simplified to the answer of 2.
