65+15x=35
Subtract 65 by both sides
Then you will get;
15x=-30
Divide 15 by both sides
Then the correct answer will be;
x=-2

The original equation
65+15x=35
Subtract 65 from both sides
15x=-30
Divide both sides by 15
x=-2
CHECK YOUR WORK
65+15(-2)=35
65-30=35
35=35
x=-2
