Hey there!!

How do we find an equation?

We will need to find the slope and the y-intercept :

How do you find slopes?

Ans - In order to find slope, we will need to use the slop formula which is

( y₂ - y₁ ) / ( x₂ - x₁ )

Now let's take two points on the graph :

I would take ( 0 , 3 ) and ( 1 , 6 )

( 6 - 3 ) / ( 1 - 0 )

3 / 1

Hence, the slope is 3

The basic equation :

y = mx + b

m = slope and b = y-intercept

slope = 3

y = 3x + b

Now, let's take a coordinate and plug in the values :

... ( 1 , 6 )

6 = 3 + b

b = 3

The final equation : y = 3x + 3

Hope my answer helps!!
