Let \: the \: base \: be \: x, \: the \: height \: would \: be: \:x-6\\The \: area \: is: \:


(x(x - 6))/(2) = 260 \\ {x}^(2) - 6x = 520 \\ {x}^(2) - 6x - 520 = 0 \\ (x + 20)(x - 26) = 0 \\x = 26
