$Let \: x \: be \: the \: months, \: we \: have \: an \: equation: \\ 19x + 25 = 21x + 19 \\ 2x = 6 \\ x = 3 \\The \: total \: cost \: for \: each \: club: \\ 21 * 3 + 19 = 82$
