How many dates can we eat per day???? I saw the label says , 30 gms sugar ??? Is that for 1 date or overall dates in the pack??? Please clarify????

Well 30 gms of sugar wouldn't be for 1 date, it would be for the serving size. So if the serving size is 1 date then yes.
