Solve 5x - c= k for x

Our aim is to get 'x' alone

To get 'a' alone we need to remove the terms attaches with x

Opposite operation of -c is +c

To remove 'c' we add 'c' on both sides

5x -c +c = k + c

5x = k +

To remove 5 we divide by 5 on both sides


x= (k+c)/(5)
