5x = 13 - 2y \\ x = (13 - 2y)/(5)


2( (13 - 2y)/(5) ) + 6y = 26


(26)/(5) - (4y)/(5) + 6y = 26


6y - (4y)/(5) = 26 - (26)/(5) \\


5.2y = 20.8 \\ y = 4 \\ x = (13 - 2 * 4)/(5) = (13 - 8)/(5) \\ x = 1
