A diet deficient in calcium can lead to osteopenia.

Osteopenia is reduced bone mass of lesser severity than osteoporosis. However, not every person diagnosed with osteopenia will develop osteoporosis. More specifically, osteopenia is defined as a bone mineral density T-score between −1.0 and −2.5.

The answer would be b. osteopenia

Osteopenia is a condition when the bone is weaker because the mineral density is lower than normal. Calcium is one of the nutrient that needed to build the bone matrix. Deficiency of calcium will make the cell couldn't produce enough matrix. Anemia should be caused by B12 or iron deficiency. Night blindness will be caused by vitamin A deficiency.
