What is the solution set to the inequality (4x-3)(2x-1)>0?

(4x - 3)(2x - 1) > 0

When you see a situation like this;

Just look at the values of x that will give an answer of zero.

Then the answer will be: x is greater than those individual values.

Lets assume 4x - 3 = 0 then;

x = 3/4

Lets assume that 2x - 1 = 0 then;

x = 1/2

But we don't want the product of (4x - 3) and (2x - 1) to be zero so;

x has be greater than 1/2 and be greater than 3/4 hence;

x > 1/2 or x > 3/4
