Does Sarah also have 2 bags? If so, then:
Greg's marble count: 2 × 7 = 14,
Sarah's marble count: 2× 10 = 20.
Sarah has (20 - 14, which is) 6 more marbles than Greg. (Also, Sarah has 3 more marbles in each bag.)
