so First Sulfur and fluroine are both non Metals
They have the bond called covalent bond
and whenever you have covalent bond means non Metal + Non metal you have to use prefix example
Mono - 1
Di - 2
so here we have 6 fluorine so answer is
Sulphur Hexafluoride
SF6
