I just had a quiz and I want to know if my answer was correct? The question was why an ancient India did Buddhism decline and Hinduism flourished? My answer: Because Buddhism was a very intense religion that did not relate to some of the lives of the people. Hinduism was more complex and people were able to bring their own ideas into it and made it relative to their everyday lies . Buddhism was for people that we're very committed to their spiritual path to reach Nirvana and that was not the case for a lot of people.
