You do 10 x 10 4 times then. After you get the answer you multiply that by 4.08 do the same thing on the other side but multiply that by 1.09 the subtract your answer from both side

P.E.M.D.A.S.

Parentheses, exponent, multiplication, division, addition, subtraction

1. First simplify the exponents in the set of parentheses

2. Next multiply the decimals to the simplified exponent

3. Last subtract both numbers

And there is your answer
