What is 7 divided by 14 I just can't get it is it like saying 7 times what is fourteen cause when I think about it would be 2 but then when I look on a calucator it says 0.5 what does that suppossed to

If it’s asking 7/14 then it’s 14 into 7 which is 0.5 but if it’s 14/7 is 7
