How have amendments extended the right to vote over time?

i need help fast plzzzzz

Answer: Amendments such as the 15th (Extended the right to vote to African-American males) and 19th (Extended the right to vote to women) amendments extended the right to vote over time by letting all individuals no matter of race, ethnicity, gender, religion etc… vote. Before certain amendments only white U.S men that were citizens could vote, slowly over time the U.S has changed to let all citizens vote no matter what.

The right of citizens of the United States to vote in any primary or other election for President or Vice President, for electors for President or Vice President, or for Senator or Representative in Congress, shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any state by reason of failure to pay any poll tax or other tax.
