Answer:

Both have the same line of symmetry but different turning points

But I maintain that if you had taken a shot of the entire question I would be of much help

Explanation:

f(x)=-3x²-4

dy/dx=-6x

-6x=0

x=0

The line of symmetry of this parabola occurs at x=0

The minimum value of the curve is

f(0)=-3(0)²-4=-4

For f(x)=-3x²

dy/dx=-6x²

-6x²=0

x=0

The line of symmetry occurs at x=0

The maximum value=-3(0)²=0
