Jan is 2 TIMES the age of Ben

In Total, the age of them all is 41.

will = x; ben = x + 3; jan = 2(x + 3)

x + (x+3) + (2x + 6) = 41
4x + 9 = 41
4x = 32
x = 8
Will is 8 years old.
