I am less than 90 but more than 20.I round to 60 and the sum of my digits is 9.Who am I ?

So, you're less than 90. I got that. Than, you're older than 20.

We than know that your age is rounded up to 60. So, if we do 9- 3 = 6.

Let's inverse that. 6+3=9 which means . . . You're 63 years old. I'm sure you have a couple wrinkles by then! ;)
