It´s usually used three basic methods. It´s not always in this order but this is how it usually works.
1) Client gets psychotherapy: The therapist evaluates the patient´s needs and if necessary the pacient is referred to a psychiatrist.
2) Pshychiatric treatment: This doctors are in charge of prescribing the right medication to treat the disorder.
3) Social intervention: It usually includes the family, the family members are commended to follor wome exercises or practices for the patient´s well being.
