Answer is Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum (SER).

Smooth endoplasmic reticulum (SER) is a type of endoplasmic reticulum which does not have any ribosomes on its cytoplasmic surface. Whereas, Rough endoplasmic reticulum (RER) have ribosomes on their surface. Main function of smooth endoplasmic reticulum is detoxification of medications and poisons. It removes all the toxic materials such as (metabolic wastes or drugs from the cell. Besides SER synthesises carbohydrates, lipids, and steroid hormones.

Peroxiosome helps in the detoxification of toxins and poisons.

Peroxiosome is a membrane bound organelle which is present in large amount in the Liver cells which are also called as hepatocytes. Peroxiosome is named so because it produces hydrogen peroxide during the process of detoxification.

Hydrogen peroxide being harmful gets converted into oxygen and water with the help of enzyme Catalase. This causes detoxification of the substance ingested.
