Best not to try to find the answers here, but rather learn what is sought and how to find it. The absolute value function, y = |x|, is one of the most basic functions, and you must know it. This function has a graph that looks like a "V." The right half has a slope of 1 and the left half has a slope of -1. Vertex is at (0,0).

The graph of y = 2|x| is the same as that above, EXCEPT we stretch the graph of |x| vertically by a factor of 2.

The graph of y = -(2/3)|x| begins with the graph of y = |x|.

First, invert the graph, so that you have an upside-down "V" shape. Then compress the graph of -|x| vertically by a factor of 2/3.
