Ok so what you are going to do is you will take 0.3 kilograms and multiply is by 8 days.

0.3 x 8 = 2.4 kilograms

You just multiply 0.3 and 8 to get 2.4. So, peter's dog will eat 2.4 kilograms of dog food in 8 days
