It isn't B. In fact it implies just the opposite. It doesn't talk about introverted or extroverted. What it talks about is opening up to family or friends. That implies that you have to be a bit of an extrovert to do that. Introverts tend to be very lonely people because they don't open up. The problem with these multiple choice questions is that it could still be so. The article does encourage you to partake of social events. You have to be a bit of an extrovert to do that.

It could be A, but I dislike choosing something that isn't mentioned in the quotation you have provided. Let's wait and see what the other 2 bring.
