3.50 for 4 muffins.

1 dozen = 12

3.5*3 = 10.5

$10.5 for a dozen muffins.

A dozen is 12.

To get from 4 muffins to 12 muffins, you multiply by 3

4 x 3 = 12

To find the sales price, multiply the cost by 3 too

3.50 x 3 = 10.5

The price per dozen is $10.50

hope this helps
