Let's assume

point K as (x,y)

M is the midpoint of JK

so, other point as J(0, 11)

M(-3,2)

(-3,2)=((0+x)/(2),(11+y)/(2))

now, we can compare both sides

Calculation of x-coordinate:

we get

-3=(0+x)/(2)

x=-6

Calculation of y-coordinate:

we get

2=(11+y)/(2)

11+y=4

y=-7

so, we will get point K

K=(-6,-7)............Answer
