y = - (3)/(2)x + 5 \\ y = - (3x)/(2) + 5 \\ y = - (3x)/(2) + (5 * 2)/(1 * 2) \\ y = - (3x)/(2) + (10)/(2) \\ y = ( - 3x + 10)/(2)
or you can turn it like this...

2y = 10 - 3x

Answer:

2y+3x=10 is the standard form

Explanation:

the standard form of the equation
y=-(3)/(2) x+5

Standard form of the equation is Ax+By =C

y=-(3)/(2) x+5

Multiply the whole equation by 2 to remove the denominator 2

2y=-3x+10

To get standard form we move -3x to the left side, add 3x on both sides

2y=-3x+10

2y+3x=10 is the standard form
