Jesse rode his bike 5 miles during the last half hour.

Step-by-step explanation

Suppose, the constant speed of the bike is
x miles/hour

Jesse traveled 15 miles for the first 1.5 hours. As
Speed= (Distance)/(Time) , so the speed of the bike will be:
(15)/(1.5) =10 miles/hour

Now also,
Distance= speed*time

So, the distance traveled for the last
(1)/(2) hour will be:
10*(1)/(2)= 5 miles
