Since the graph spans 6 cm span along the negative direction of x-axis, the scaled x distance would be :

1/3 of -6 = -2

The height of the graph along y-axis is 9 cm.

1/3 of 9 = 3

Hence, the scaled graph with scale factor 1/3 and with center of dilation (0, 0) will be a triangle with 3 cm height and 2 cm base in the second quadrant.
