How do i graph y=-3x+4

Take a coordinate grid and draw a point for 4 on the y-axis. Next, go down 3 spaces from the point you just drew and then go 4 spaces to the right. Place a point there too. Connect the two dots. This is called the rise/run method.

On a coordinate grid, draw a dot on the number 4 on the y-axis (4 is the y-intercept). Since the slope is -3, place another dot 3 units down and one unit to the right. Connect the two dots and you have your line.
