Hi!

We need to put this in point slope form. (y = sx + b)

3y - 2x + 2x = 2x - 12

3y = 2x - 12

3y/3 = 2x/3 - 12/3

y = 2/3x - 4

Slope = 2/3

y intercept = -4

I've included an image that shows the graphed equation.

Hope this helps! :)
