how do you cope with depression, suicidal thought, stress and anxiety?

(for homework)

For suicidal thoughts, it helps if you take something sharp and run it along a piece of paper or cardboard. With depression, hang around the things that make you happy. Stress and anxiety just take deep breaths and do something relaxing.
