Hey there!!

Consecutive - The preceding numbers

Let's take the first number as ' x '

Then, the second number would be ' x + 1 '

Third number = ' x + 2 '

Fourth number = ' x + 3 '

All these number together would be 626

Now, let's add them all up

x + ( x + 1 ) + ( x + 2 ) + ( x + 3 ) = 626

x + x + 1 + x + 2 + x + 3 = 626

4x + 6 = 626

Subtract 6 on both sides

4x = 620

Divide by 4 on both sides

x = 620 / 4

x = 155

Hence, the first number = 155

Second number = x + 1 = 156

Third number = x + 2 = 157

Fourth number = x + 3 = 158

The number are = 155 , 156 , 157 , 158

Hope my answer helps!
