Let's start by giving an example. Let's say 2 plots of land both have an area of 12 units. 1 of the plots could be 2 units length and 6 units width. The other could be 3 units length and 4 units wide.
The second example- Both areas are 25 first plot could be 2 units length and 25 unit width. The other plot could have 5 units length and 10 units width.
