For the x intercept, set y to 0. The equation becomes (simpler):

-5x = -35, so x=7. so (7,0) is the x-intercept.

For the y intercept, set x to 0. The equation becomes:

7y = -35, so y=-5. so (0,-5) is the y-intercept.
