4x - 6y = -26

-2x + 3y = 13 Multiply this by 2:-

-4x + 6y = 26 Add the first equation to this one. We get:-

0 + 0 = 0

Both equations graph is the same lien.

Here in the above equation a1=4 , b1=-6 , c1=26

Like that a2=-2 , b2=3 , c2=-13

Here
(a1)/(a2)=(a2)/(b2)=(a3)/(b3)   =-2

So it have infinitely many solution. (Answer)
