What would happen if algae, cyanobacteria, and plants were wiped out?

The algae, plants and cyanobacteria are the examples of producers.

The producers are the organisms, which makes food from the sunlight. In case, these producers are absent, the conversion of the light energy would not happen and the consumer would not be able to acquire energy. As a result, all the consumers and other organism would also be wiped out after some time.
